New Restaurant Alert!

Franchini’s – a relaxed and cosy Italian restaurant – opens at Castlemartyr Resort

The latest addition to the dining options at Castlemartyr Resort is an Italian restaurant called Franchini’s, a distinctively stylish restaurant. The new casual dining Italian experience at the Resort is under the leadership of Executive Chef Kevin Burke.

Embracing the time-honoured traditions of Italian-style cooking, Chef Kevin Burke brings his own specific focus on locally sourced food to the menus at Franchini’s, with an interesting and appealing menu ranging from creative Italian pizzas to traditional pasta & risotto dishes. Franchini’s also emphasises the all-important sociable Italian (and Irish!) tradition of family dining, meaning there are delicious options for the little ones too.

Franchini’s is a warm and welcoming space in shades of rich espresso and cappuccino tones with aubergine accents.
