Louis Vuitton has enlisted some of the biggest names in fashion for a new project , including Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Louboutin and Cindy Sherman.
The talented group of fashion experts are said to have joined forces with Louis Vuitton to design interpretations of the iconic Monogram print for a collection of handbags and luggage.
Each designer will put their own personal spin on the signature LV logo for a collection of limited edition bags in honour of Louis Vuitton's 160th anniversary.
“We have assembled an amazing group of talents – geniuses, I would say. Each one is among the best in his or her field,” Vuitton’s vice president Delphine Arnault said.
“The monogram is at the centre of our house, so we celebrate it every day. But we thought this project was really special because the personalities we chose are fascinating and diverse."
The bags will reportedly cost between €2,000 and €4,000 and will be available in stores from mid-October this year.
