Pippa Middleton has landed a new job as a contributing editor for Vanity Fair.

The 29-year-old younger sister of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, will talk about her fondness with tennis and Wimbleton in her first article.

Middleton said: "I first went to Wimbledon when I was eight years old and already a very keen tennis player."

Meanwhile, Digital Spy qiote the editor of Vanity Fair Graydon Carter as saying: "We're delighted to have Pippa as a contributor."

"She's a keen observer of classic British pastimes. She is also an avid sportswoman, and we look forward to her take on traditional English pursuits, beginning with Wimbledon."

Pippa's recent book, Celebrate, was dropped by publisher Penguin due to poor sales.
