Gwyneth Paltrow missed the Iron Man 3 premiere in London in favour of the event, which attracted a glamourous crowd.
Paltrow chose a figure-hugging gunmetal blue silk dress by Ralph Lauren which featured long, draped sleeves and a dipped back.
The actress wore her platinum blonde locks straight and loose, while a gorgeous Tiffany cuff finished off the look.
She posed with fellow actress Kate Hudson who chose a seagreen strapless Reem Acra dress which featured a sweetheart neckline and bustling at the waist.
Alive Eve went for a fuchsia evening gown while model Poppy Delevingne eschewed a long dress in favour of a Dolce & Gabbana mini.
Sarah Jessica Parker was typically well turned out in a vintage Vicky Tiel dress, Yoejin Bae jacket, Manolo Blahnik shoes, and a Tiffany & Co. bag and jewellery.
Meanwhile, Michelle Williams went for a minimal and modern look in a Katie Ermilio navy sleeveless frock, which featured exaggerated pointy hips. She went for barely-there makeup which further added to her chic ensemble.
