Black gúnas rule the IFTA red carpet
Black was the order of the day on the red carpert at last night's Irish Film and Television Awards at the Convention Centre in Dublin.
Saoirse Ronan looked stunning in a LBD with cut-out side panels. The 18-year-old embraced her youth with a crimped ponytail that she wore to the top of her head. Her makeup was kept simple and age appropriate with a delicate dab of rose coloured blusher highlighting her cheekbones.
Rosanna Davison sported a more racy black number which was designed by her friend Dawn Fitzgerald. The plunging V neck dress allowed the former Miss Universe to flaunt her gorgeous necklace from Loulerie. Rosanna’s beautiful up-do was created by Brown Sugar.
New mum Amy Huberman looked radiant in a long black frock that disguised her tiny little bump so well that she barely looked pregnant. The 33-year-old Threesome star added some pizzazz to her simplistic looked with an on-trend fishtail plait and gentle quiff. Amy kept her accessories to a minimum with a chunky gold bracelet, teardrop earrings and a simplistic box clutch.
Kathryn Thomas turned heads in an elegant high-neck gown. The Voice of Ireland presenter wore her hair slicked back giving prominence to her perfectly crafted smoky eye. We adore her chunky black bracelet. Kathryn nailed this high-fashion inspired outfit. She looked like she had come fresh off the runway!
