"The campaign is all about how our tights make a girl feel, it’s about empowering a girl when she’s wearing our products and recognizing the effect she will have on the people around her", David Hinchliffe, brand director of Pretty Polly commented in a press release.

He added that Jessie has "awesome style, but her attitude as well as her persona make a terrific choice for our collection".

Jessie J is known for harbouring quite a penchant for tights, using varied patterns and colours of hosiery to compliment her stage outfits. The announcement comes as a lucky break for the singer who unfortunately spent the summer with her leg in a cast after she injured her ankle during show rehearsals.

The singer has already shot the superhero, comic book-influenced campaign for the brand. Pretty Polly boasts celebrity clientele including Agyness Deyn, Ellie Goulding and Pixie Lott.
