Clarins Opalescence Spring 2014

Inject some much needed light into your life this dreary January with the new Clarins Spring collection.

The Opalescence collection has quickly won its way into our hearts with a selection of luminous shades in top-notch formulations.

Our top pick from the range is the stunning Multi-Blush (€22), which comes in four shades. These incredible cream blushers have the softest texture, which melts imperceptibly into your skin, leaving a translucent veil of colour. Divine.

Give your complexion an extra boost with the Instant Light Complexion Radiance Boosting Base (€30). The product comes in three shades, Pink, Champagne and Peach to suit a variety of skintones. These are wonderful underneath foundation to enliven the skin and give a smooth base for makeup.

The Opalescence Face and Blush Powder, which is contained in a beautiful compact, contains three light toned powders, which can be mixed together to give a natural, peachy glow.

Also excellent is the Eye Quartet Mineral Palette (€41) which contains four wearable and shimmery shades - pale pink, silvery white, plum and grey. There are also two single eyeshadows in Golden Rose and Smoky Plum - which is gorgeous used alone for a no-fuss smokey eye.

There are also lovely shades of the Jolie Rouge Brilliant lipstick (€21), which impart glossy colour and two new Gloss Prodige (€18.50) shades in Coral Tulip and Crystal - a clear gloss to be used over lipstick to enhance shine.
