MAC's Lesley Keane creates three IFTAs looks
MAC Senior Makeup Artist Lesley Keane has created a trio of beautiful red-carpet ready looks for this year's IFTAs.
MAC, who is the official makeup partner of IFTA, will be perfecting the faces of a host of stars attending this year's ceremony in Dublin's Convention Centre on February 9.

MAC Reel Ready Step-by-Step
Begin by priming the skin using MAC Prep + Prime Smoother to smooth out any imperfections, this will create a flawless foundation finish. Using a MAC #188 Foundation Brush, apply MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation SPF 15 all over the face and use MAC Pr Longwear Concealer where needed to reduce redness.
Using new MAC Veluxe Brow Liner, fill in any gaps in the brows, recreating individual hairs with a fast upwards stroke action. With a MAC #252 Large Shader highlight the brow bone using MAC Eyeshadow in Mylar.
Apply MAC Eyeshadow in Honesty all over the eyelid and using a MAC #217 Blending Brush blend MAC Eyeshadow in Cork to the socket line. Using a MAC #210 Precise Eye Liner Brush, starting from the middle and working outwards, line the top lash line with MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack to create a long, feline flick that slightly lifts at the ends.
Finish the look by prepping the lips with MAC Prep + Prime to ensure a long lasting pout, Follow by lining the lips using MAC Lip Pencil in Cherry and filling them in with MAC Lipstick in Ruby Woo.
MAC Fame Game Step-by-Step
Start with fresh, cleansed skin and prime using MAC Prep + Prime Skin Smoother. With a MAC #130 Short Duo Fibre Brush buff MAC Face & Body Foundation into the skin, slowly build it to achieve an even, seamless finish. Apply MAC Select Moisture Cover Concealer where needed, under the eyes, in the corners of the nose and on the chin. Highlight the higher planes of the face using MAC Cream Colour Base in Hush. Powder down with MAC Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder.
Using a MAC #217 Blending Brush apply MAC eyeshadow in Vex on the eyelid all the way to the bottom of the brow bone leaving a small gap in the centre. With a MAC #239 Shader Brush blend MAC eyeshadow in Copperplate in the socket to add depth.
Shape and fill the brows using MAC Eye Brows in Lingering or Spiked.
Prepare the lips for application with MAC Prep + Prime Lip. Line the lips with MAC Lip Pencil in Embrace Me creating a heart shape and fill in with MAC Lipstick in Girl About Town. Finish with a dab of MAC Lipglass in Clear for a 3D finish.
MAC Eye Conic Step-by-Step
Prime the skin using MAC Prep + Prime all over the face. Follow with MAC Pro Longwear Foundation applied with a MAC #188 Small Duo Fibre Brush, ensuring the foundation is well blended into the skin. Using the same brush, buff MAC Cremeblend Blush in Ladyblush into the hollows of the face to create a defined contour. Gently press MAC Mineralize Loose Powder all over the face to set the foundation and blusher.
Apply MAC Eyeshadow in Swimming all over the eyelid and gently under the bottom lash line using a MAC #213 Fluff Brush. Follow by blending MAC Eyeshadow in Humid in the socket of the eye. Outline the eye with MAC Kohl Eye Pencil in Teddy and gently blend out to soften any dark edges.
Using small nail scissors, cut MAC #36 lashes in the middle and apply the longer lash strip to the top lash line and the shorter lash strip to the bottom lash line for added drama. Fill in the brows using MAC Eye Brows in Lingering and set with MAC Brow Set in Clear.
Line the lips with MAC Lip Pencil in Naked and finish off with MAC Sheen Supreme Lipstick in Bare Again.
