RTÉ Terms and Conditions of Access

• In general access will only be granted to students and academics from post-graduate level.
• All student requests for access must include, where appropriate, a reference from the course director.
• If deemed more appropriate, RTÉ Libraries and Archives reserve the right to offer and undertake a mediated search and transfer of material.
• Access to RTÉ Libraries and Archives can only be granted where resources permit. The broadcasting needs of the organization will always take precedence.
• All copies of material taken or received are subject to the signing of a copyright control agreement.
• A charge for access and use of library services will be levied.
