Style Trial: Rachel McAdams

Rachel McAdams has been busy promoting her new film ‘Sherlock Holmes’, and has been looking particularly stylish while doing so.

The actress shone on the red carpet at the Berlin premiere for the film, sporting a fabulous Alberta Ferretti floor-length dress.

The teal colour set off her perfectly coiffed blonde locks, and the cinched waist gave her great definition. The asymmetric cut was further emphasised by her chin length curls which really showed off the bare shoulder. I love the slight ruching of the material, and the frayed ends – not something I’d usually like but it works particularly well here.

As is to be expected, her make-up was equally flawless – a deep, classic shade of red for the lips and subtly shadowed eyes give her an iconic movie star look.
