Style Trial: Pixie Geldof

I’d like to point out firstly that I usually am a fan of Pixie Geldof’s pretty unique sense of style. She goes for combinations of clothing that you wouldn’t normally put together, and she never looks like she’s spent half the night staring at herself in the mirror.

Maybe she could have done with a second glance before leaving the house in this get-up, though. This fuchsia trouser suit is not something that you’d expect to see on the red carpet – and for good reason!

Although well fitted, the blinding shade and sheen off the material make it look dated, and even her usual mix-up of chains and bracelets don't go far in making it look fashionable.

Her peep-toe leather boots aren’t great, although they may be coloured somewhat by the fact that the trousers are tucked into them…

Liking her return to blonde hair though – she’s been rocking the grey look for the past while which is a bit hasty for a teen!
