I'm A Celebrity - Tears, Amore and Pasta

So it turns out that the least popular person in the jungle camp with Joe Public is not in fact Kim but poor old Colin. I tend to pay very little attention to Ant and Dec’s constant appeals to vote on the show but I am assuming that it is vote for your favourite and not vote to evict which might explain why uncontroversial Colin walked the plank.

Kim featured very little last night and I suspect the canny programme makers are very keen to keep her in and have been kind in the editing suite. I am sure she will be back in full flight when the show returns on Thursday.

One of the most positive things about the much-discussed departure this week is that finally other campmates have a chance to come to the fore. It was refreshing to see Gino and Stuart undertake the BTT with Gino providing comedy moments aplenty. They triumphed in the Slip and Slide challenge with Gino constantly directing a hen-pecked Stuart. I suspect Mrs Gino is having a quiet few weeks at home and enjoying the peace and quiet. His dedication to Italian cuisine is commendable and I wish the man in charge of bush tucker would put him out of his misery and give him a bag of penne!

Gino also tried a little match-making last night declaring “for an Italian it’s very easy to spot love and love is in the air.” He might just be right as Stuart and Sabrina do seem a little smitten. I expect the bosses to orchestrate some alone time for them soon!

Undoubtedly Stuart won himself some fans last night. That George is an astute guy. He told Stuart that his challenge was “to make people like you for things they don’t know about you yet” and that he needed to open up. And how right he was! I love the fact that George is keen to help Stuart out and recognises that he needs it for his career. Stuart then proceeded to do just that and open up, albeit reluctantly. His heart to heart with Sabrina can only have endeared him to the audience. His suggestion that he’s not very interesting was sweet from somebody in the profession he is in. Depending how things go in the next week I think he has definitely put himself in contention and the great thing is he did it not because George told him to but because he couldn’t contain his emotions and started to cry.

That makes it a three horse race for me - George, Gino or Stuart and to be honest all of them would be worthy winners.

I think that the whole Stuart thing was a bit of a farse and i think he only cried to get attention, but i do like him and think he's a nice guy! Sabrina has done nothing and i hope she gets a little more interesting! George of the Jungle for me!! i thought he was brilliant and i hope he goes on to win it!! As for she who must not be mentioned, i thought she came across quite well the other night and genuinely hope things work out for her, i dont think she's as cold as people think! So sad to see Colin go...i love him and Justin! So sad when Justin was crying!! u jus wanted to give him a hug...!! anyway...until thursday!

I thought it was sad and surprising that Colin went. Not sure about Stuart, think that he was acting a bit. I love Gino, he seems to be just himself and he's very funny.
