I'm A Celebrity - Jimmy Who?
So in case you didn’t know Jimmy White is in the jungle camp and has been from the start. I had completely forgotten about him until he was voted as one of the three least favourites with the public in camp last night. I don’t think he has had one single opportunity to get out and do a task but he does seem like a nice guy. He, Sam and Sabrina face a further vote tonight to see who will go.
I would be surprised if Sabrina left – apart from the obvious issue with the volume she chooses to speak at, she has come across really well in camp. I felt sorry for her last night when she and Stuart were chatting and he basically told her he didn’t come into camp to start a relationship. She looked a little hurt and I agree with Gino that she seems smitten with him. It is hard to gauge his interest – was he saying that because he genuinely is not interested or just protecting himself? Perhaps now that she may leave tonight he might readjust his thinking.
Yet again last night Kimmie took centre stage – first with her TV husband Joe and later during ‘product-gate’. There is no denying there is a little spark between her and Joe and their trial was entertaining yet again with the pair only narrowly avoiding another domestic. They do seem to have support out there so the Kimmie and Joe show looks set to continue. Apparently Kim’s “hair is part of my career” and last night she was mad as hell and not going to take it any more! Personally I think it looks shocking with or without product. Please somebody give Gok his biggest challenge yet and set up an appointment for her when she gets out of camp.
Gino continued to shine yet again last night firstly during his trial – a tight rope walker he will never make – and later when the group was having its ‘where do you want to be in five years time?’ conversation. Ant reckons if he’s lucky he’ll be on the bridge about to go into camp to talk to the celebrities and if he’s unlucky he’ll be in camp with Jedward.
Last night was the first night I struggled to stay with the show to be honest – I think an hour and a half is a little too long especially when the new series of Gavin and Stacey was starting on BBC One. In future I hope they stick to an hour.
Still enjoying it though and I’m backing the boys to win – Gino or George!
