Celebrity Big Brother - Sov Is Toast!

Sov is toast! She hasn’t a hope of surviving the next eviction and I’m thinking she only has herself to blame. The stroppy teenager routine is becoming really boring and I wish someone would remind her that she is actually 24. I really expected her to improve with the departure of Katia on Friday night but in fact she has gotten worse without her equally annoying sidekick.

The rest of the housemates do seem to have decided that she is public enemy number one and are all jumping on the bangwagon. Judging by the amount of airtime her moody moments got last night I suspect that Big Brother is as keen to see the back of her as the rest of us.

Ciggie-gate was given undue prominence yesterday with everyone in the house seeming to consider it a personal insult that Sov was bumming smokes from an only semi-annoyed Jonas. It’s amazing how magnified little issues seem to become in the house. Sisqo did exactly the same but somehow seemed to dodge major criticism.

Sure she looked a little pathetic but judging by the expression on Vinnie’s face last night you would think she had just kicked a puppy or stolen a can of beans (scratch that - that actually happened last week). Stephanie also got carried away in her criticism of Sov when she described her as “a despicable non-entity who hasn't been brought up well.” Back up the truck Steph – she’s an annoyance of there is no doubt and she doesn’t have much to say that is worth hearing but give her a break. She’s not Lucifer!

I have enjoyed Vinnie and Stephanie but they do need to be careful not to go over the top with their commentary. I want to be entertained by Vinnie but I certainly don’t want to be scared of him and last night he was scary (not that Sov seemed to pick up on it)!! I think Steven is loopy but he seems to get his point across (and often he can be as bitchy) with a little more humour.

Nominations were predictable last night but I was surprised to see Ivana getting a few mentions. She seems fairly innocuous to me. She is strange to look at to be sure, but rarely saying anything too offensive. I was tickled last night to think of her in her mansion leafing through catalogues in search of the perfect tracksuit bottom. I wonder does she pay in instalments?

By the way did Heidi even shower while in the house? What did she look like on Friday night?
