Celebrity Big Brother - Heidi Bites Back

After ten years of Big Brother I think it’s fair to say that Heidi Fleiss won the award for the ‘worst reason to nominate anyone ever’ last night when she highlighted Sov’s dental issues as cause enough for immediate expulsion! Apparently there are two extra teeth there just doing nothing at all giving Sov the appearance of a vampire. Poor Heidi can no longer look in Sov’s general direction for fear of being offended by what she sees!

It’s another example of the UK/US divide emerging in the house with a little dose of dental snobbery directed at Sov. Now I hate to point out the obvious but have you looked in the mirror lately Heidi? You can find one not that far from your bed if you manage to get out of it any time soon! She swiftly followed this up by nominating Stephanie whom she described as obnoxious saying no-one is up to her standards. Hmm! Turns out two people are going to be evicted on Friday so I reckon she would be an ideal candidate to accompany Kat out the door. It might give Vinnie a break from his endless domestic duties running back and forth to her bed.

The nomination process always throws up a few gems and can remind you of people you had forgotten were in the house. Sisqo has been there for over a week and apparently he still doesn’t know Dane’s name referring to him as Dean. Mr Bowers has been very under the radar but he could be one of those who emerges as the show progresses and the house empties. Interestingly Vinnie nominated Stephen saying he’s a bit too much and sometimes you need your own space and he won’t give it to you. I wonder if he would like to see the back of the only rival he has for the alpha male role in the house?

Jonas took his dumping well last night and clearly he is better off out of that situation. He chose a strange confident in Alex however and the less said about the naked bonding the better! If anyone seemed keen to talk about the end of the affair it was Katia who droned on about it to Sov. (By the way girls lose the comedy specs – not a good look and even worse when there are two of you with some comedy hats thrown in.)

Interesting last night that Katia said to Sov at one point “we are adults – well not proper adults” and that just about sums the girl up. She thinks and acts like a 14-year-old who is still at school – she makes Jedward look like models of maturity. Her interactions lack any real connection or substance and I would be amazed if she survives on Friday. I suspect that Sov will fare better in the house (despite her dental issues) when Katia leaves.

Thankfully some nice man or woman at Channel 4 has given us a few 9pm starts this week which makes watching much more appealing!
