RTÉ Election 2007 Text Alerts
Keep up to date with the 2007 General Election Results. Get a text alert whenever a candidate is elected or eliminated in your constituency. Follow the instructions below to subscribe to the Text Alert service you want. RTÉ Text alerts are available in the Republic of Ireland only.
Constituency Count
Text SUB COUNT and the keyword for your constituency to 53554.
For example, for Galway West, text SUB COUNT GALWAYW to 53554
Cost
Text Alerts cost 25c each. You can sign up to your own constituency or as many of the 43 constituencies as you like. For example, if you subscribe to the results for the Wicklow constituency, you will receive up to 15 text alerts as there are 15 candidates in Wicklow. 15 text alerts will cost 15 x 25c = ¤3.75.

Unsubscribing is easy. You can stop the service at any time by following the instructions below:
- Text UNSUB COUNT and the constituency keyword to 53554.

Or text STOP to 53554 to unsubscribe from ALL RTÉ.ie Text alerts.
Terms & Conditions
- You must be the owner of the mobile phone or an authorised user of it who is authorised to incur charges.
- The contract runs from the date we accept your registration until you or we cancel it. You can suspend the service at any time by texting STOP to 53554. RTÉ can suspend or cancel if you fail to make payment or breach the conditions of use. RTÉ can also cancel on 2 days notice.

- RTÉ is not liable for any error, delay or interruption to nor any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the service, which is outside our control. We do not guarantee that the service will be without delay or interruption nor that the information supplied will be accurate or complete.
- The price of the service is 25c per message. Unless stated otherwise, the price includes VAT. Messages are charged at the rate current at the time of transmission. You pay per message received. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile phone company.
- RTÉ reserves the right to alter charges and/or these conditions from time to time on 2 days notice.
- Publication, copying or re-distribution of any information is prohibited. Information is for personal use only.
- By subscribing to the Text Alerts service you are agreeing to receive occasional Text messages from RTÉ informing you of promotions and events. You will not be charged for receiving these messages, however you may agree to receive further messages that you will be charged for receiving.
