Directed by Tom Brady starring Rob Schneider, Rachel McAdams and Anna Faris.

Hugh Grant need never worry about any threat to his comedy crown from Rob Schneider. The man behind 'The Animal' and 'Deuce Bigalow' never aims too high with the gags and 'The Hot Chick' keeps up the average of a good one per 20 minutes of film.

Schneider plays a slob who - thanks to a plot device that's best not to explain - ends up with the mind of high school glamour puss Jessica (Faris) in his body and vice versa. But for most of the film, director Tom Brady forgets that the Jessica is now wandering around with a moron's mind and instead we get scene after scene of Schneider coming to terms with being a woman trapped in a man's body.

It's so dull you'll probably spend the whole film wondering about the practicalities of gender reassignment with the odd flash of well-done gross-out humour the only thing to keep you on the right side of awake. 'The Cold Turkey' would've been a far better title.
