Tracy Morgan has left the New Jersey hospital where he has been receiving treatment after being involved in a fatal car crash.
The comedian and actor, who was involved in a serious car crash two weeks ago, has been moved from hospital to a rehab facility, but his spokesman warns: "While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go."
The 45-year-old 30 Rock star, whose condition was upgraded to "fair" a few days ago, has been transferred to an unnamed rehab facility to recover from his injuries. Morgan sustained a broken nose, broken ribs, and underwent emergency surgery to repair a broken femur.
However, despite being discharged from hospital it does not mean the SNL star is nearing a full recovery.
"Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks," said the statement from spokesman Lewis Kay.
"While he is continuing to show signs of improvement. He and (fiancée) Megan (Wollover) wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.
The crash, which occurred on Sat June 7, tragically killed Morgan's mentor, 63-year-old James McNair.
