Bob Dylan will release a brand new album later this year. It will be the 72-year-old's 36th studio release and the first since 2012's Tempest.

It will feature a cover of Full Moon and Empty Arms by Buddy Kaye and Ted Mossman, which was famously performed by Frank Sinatra.

"This track is definitely from a forthcoming album due later on this year," a spokesperson told Rolling Stone magazine.

Irish fans may get a taste of Dylan's new album in advance when he brings his Never Ending Tour to The Marquee in Cork on June 16.
