Oz: The Great and the Powerful star Rachel Weisz loves doing charity work with her actor husband Daniel Craig.
The celebrity couple were honoured at the Night of Opportunity gala at Cipriani Wall Street in New York on Monday (07.04.14) for their work with The Opportunity Network (OppNet), which aims to help underprivileged teens get into education.
Speaking to People at the event, 44-year-old Weisz said: ''It's really lovely [working together]. It's something that was incredibly natural and obvious to us.''
Daniel added: ''It's not just the grand gesture that counts [when giving back] - it's the everyday that matters.''
Weisz, who has seven-year-old-son Henry with former partner Darren Aronofsky, hopes her charity work will inspire her son.
She added: "Kids watch their parents closely. They watch everything they do - the good things and the bad things.
''So hopefully they grow up in a culture of caring about others, and it will be up to them to decide what they want to do, but hopefully it will rub off on them.''
