The director of Fast & Furious 7, James Wan, has confirmed that the film will be completed following the death of the film's star.

Production on the Universal Pictures film was shut down last week after Walker died tragically in a car accident in Los Angeles.

When passing through LAX airport recently Wan was asked if filming will eventually resume on the movie and he confirmed that it will.

He also spoke about how the cast and crew of Fast & Furious 7 have been coping with Walker's death: "They're pretty sad… [and] pretty sombre.

"But, we are all dealing with it."
