Veteran trad band Kila mark 25 years together with a celebratory gig this weekend in Dublin.

The band continue their anniversary celebrations by playing Dublin’s Button Factory on Saturday, April 27th with special guests including Paddy Casey, The Pale and others to be announced.

Tickets are priced €17.50 and are on sale from ticketmaster.ie and tickets.ie.

The group, who Bono once described (with typical understatment) as the band who "lit the fuse for the big bang", played “a world tour of Dublin” in March which saw them play 13 shows across seven venues.
