Another group of acts have been announced for the Body & Soul Festival, which takes place in Ballinlough Castle, Co. Westmeath at the end of June.

Irish singer/songrwiter Wallis Bird joins the line-up, as well as Dublin duo Forrests, formerly of band Channel One. Lengendary reggae outfit The Congoes have also been announced, promising laid back vibes and Caribbean rhythms.

Scandanavian pop-electro band Kate Boy will play the festival as their first ever Irish appearance, having recently released their critically-welcomed debut EP Northern Lights.

UK duo F*** Buttons have joined the line-up as well, touring their sophomore album and marking their first Irish date in four years. Their music was used during the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games last year.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Solange, Public Image Ltd., Willy Mason, MMOTHS and Kurt Vile have all been previously confirmed and announced as performers.

Artists have also been announced to join the boutique music and arts festival, including sustainable artist Minakawa, installation artist Ulf Mark Penderson and performance artists The GamelaTron.

Body & Soul takes place on the weekend of June 21st-23rd, with a number of ticket types available for the festival - including campervan, combined event and transport and single day tickets.

More acts are set to be announced closer to the festival date.
