Harrison Ford is keeping schtum about reprising his role in the upcoming Star Wars movies. However he did say, “Ain’t it great?” about the return of the beloved space opera.
70-year-old Ford played dashing pilot Han Solo in the original movies, has said that he is not willing to publicly discuss Episode 7 "yet".
He hinted last week that he would return alongside Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher in director JJ Abrams's Star Wars sequel, but he was just a bit Yoda when quizzed about his participation.
"I don't feel anything [about Star Wars Episode 7] at the moment yet," Ford told news agency Associated Press. "I don't even want to discuss [if I will join the project]. It's great. Ain't it great?"
Abrams and Ford first worked together on the 1991 film Regarding Henry which Abrams wrote when he was 24.
"I think he's fantastic," Ford said. “I did his first movie, Regarding Henry, with [director] Mike Nichols. A wonderful talent. Extraordinary guy."
Abrams's upcoming Star Wars Episode 7 comes as a part of Disney's $4 billion purchase of Lucasfilm. It is being written by Toy Story 3's Michael Arndt and is expected to be released in 2015.
