Just one week shy of their tour dates in Ireland, Girls Aloud have cancelled their second date in Dublin, on March 17th.

DigitalSpy report that the reformed group have released a statement which cites "time restraints and transportation" as the reason for cancelling their St. Patrick's night show in the Irish capital.

"Unfortunately, due to unforeseen time restraints with the transportation of production equipment between the Irish & UK tour dates, the extra Girls Aloud concert added on Sunday 17th March 2013 at The O2 has been cancelled," their statement read.

"Due to tour routing it has not been possible to reschedule this date."

The band are due to play Belfast on March 13th and 14th, which was due to be followed by two nights in a row in Dublin's O2 Arena. Their show on March 16th has been unaffected and will go ahead.
