Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is reportedly recording a duet with Glee's Matthew Morrison for the actor's forthcoming album.

Matthew Morrison, who plays Glee’s Mr Schuster, is currently working on his next album, which is said to be made up of popular Broadway songs.

Reports say that the Morrison has teamed up with Adam Levine to collaborate on a cover of Luck Be A Lady from the musical Guys and Dolls.

Speaking to US Weekly a source said: "Matthew wanted to make a Broadway standards record and Adam loves classic records."

Levine signed Morrison to 222 Records over a year ago, saying at the time: "I am excited for everyone to hear Matthew's forthcoming album. Great things are in store for him with this release."

Meanwhile, Morrison said: "Adam and I share the same vision as we begin working on my record together."

Morrison released a self-titled album featuring duets with Sting, Elton John and Gwyneth Paltrow in 2011.
