Chronicle star Dane DeHaan has admitted that he would "love" to be reunited with Chronicle director Josh Trank on his Fantastic Four reboot.
Fox previously announced that Trank will revive the legendary Marvel Comics title for cinema, and DeHaan has been tipped as a potential candidate to play the Human Torch.
The actor told Hollywood Outbreak that superhero movies are his "guilty pleasure", and admitted to being "inspired" by Marc Webb's human take on Spider-Man.
"I love going to those movies in the movie theatre. And I do think [Josh] Trank is capable of doing that with superhero movies," he said.
"So, if I would do another [superhero] movie, I would love to do it with him because I know he understands the human aspects of them. He knows they're not just spectacle."
Trank's Fantastic Four is expected to be some years away from release as Fox has both The Wolverine and X-Men: Days of Future Past scheduled first.
