Former Coronation Street star Julie Goodyear and ex-EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison are among the contestants competing in Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 5.

Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, comedian Julian Clary, former Loose Women host Coleen Nolan and journalist Samantha Brick also entered the house on Thursday night.

Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Team GB judo competitor Ashley McKenzie, former So Solid Crew rapper MC Harvey, models Rhian Sugden, Danica Thrall and Jasmine Lennard and The Bachelor star Prince Lorenzo Borghese complete the line-up.

The show is set to run for around three weeks.
