Rihanna triumphantly returned to the stage in London's Hyde Park yesterday after her grandmother's funeral earlier in the week.
The 24 year-old battled through tears during a performance in Sweden last week after the death of her beloved grandmother, Dolly. Rihanna then cancelled her headline appearance at Spain's Rock In Rio festival earlier in the week, prompting rumours she may pull out of her London gig.
However, the Barbados-born singer made it back to London in time for her headline slot last night at the Barclaycard Wireless Festival.
The singer belted out some of her classic hits including S&M, Umbrella and Only Girl (In The World) as well as her newer tracks Where Have You Been and We Found Love. Rihanna's co-stars of her new Sky Living fashion design show, Henry Holland and Nicola Roberts, were seen cheering on the singer backstage.

Other acts who took to the stage yesterday included Jessie J, Professor Green, watched by his reality tv star girlfriend Millie Mackintosh and X Factor star Cher Lloyd.
The Voice UK judge Jessie J tweeted to her fans after her performance "The SUN came out for us WIRELESS! I'm overwhelmed! You blew my mind!."
On Saturday, current X Factor UK judge Tulisa caused a stir when she dedicated a cover of David Guetta's Titanium to her ex-boyfriend, who she blames for her recent adult tape scandal.
Nicki Minaj, Labrinth, Rizzle Kicks, Rita Ora and Pitbull also performed at the festival.
MTV presenter and Bray native Laura Whitmore was spotted at the festival, both on and off stage, just hours after running with the Olympic torch in London yesterday morning.
