Cooks Catherine Fulvio and Donal Skehan have showcased the best of Irish cuisine for The Today Show on US television.
Fulvio cooked Fillet of Beef, Irish Oatmeal Risotto and Sautéed Garlic Spinach Purée.
Skehan gave the show recipes for Beef and Guinness Stew and Irish Soda Bread.
Irish chef Cathal Armstrong and Irish-American chef Brian Duffy also offered up recipes for the St Patrick's Weekend, including Corned Beef and Cabbage and a Guinness Float.
