Singer Mel B has announced on her Twitter page that she has given birth to her third child.
The star wrote of her baby girl: "Finally our baby arrives,Stephen nearly passed out,Phoenix screamed,I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!"
Reports said the 36-year-old was seen being helped by her husband Stephen Belafonte and a bodyguard as she made her way to the hospital, looking like the baby was very much on the way last night.
The mother of two, who now has her own reality show on the E! network, appeared to be in pain from contractions and was seen scrunching up her face as she was helped to walk.
The Australian X Factor judge and former Spice Girls star, who now has her first child with Belafonte, had said she was three weeks overdue.
Yesterday, she told a radio station that she had been attempting to force the labour by indulging in "hot food", "sex" and "violence".
Mel B already has two girls - 12-year-old Phoenix Chi with dancer Jimmy Gulzar, and four-year-old Angel Iris with actor Eddie Murphy.
