'Step Up' star Channing Tatum has been lined up to star in 'The Brotherhood of the Rose' an adaptation of the David Morrell novel for Warner Bros.
According to Variety the film, to be written and directed by Dito Montiel, is about two orphans raised by a CIA operative to become assassins, before becoming targets themselves.
The book was previously adapted as a two-part miniseries that starred Robert Mitchum.
Tatum will also star in the Stephen Sommers-directed 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra', which is due for release later this year.
