Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has been speaking about his plans for the band's next album.

Grohl told Billboard magazine that the Foo Fighters are building a studio in Los Angeles to record the album, having previously recorded in the basement of Grohl's home in Virginia.

He said that he thought the record would be a double album, consisting of 10 acoustic tracks and 10 heavy songs.

Grohl recently recorded some drum tracks for the new Nine Inch Nails album 'Bleed Through'.
