Guitar legend Eric Clapton has designed a charity T-shirt to help fund the rehab centre he established on the Caribbean island of Antigua.

The T-shirt for the Crossroads Centre went on sale at Hard Rock Cafes today.

Clapton has also auctioned some of his guitars and will stage a music festival in Dallas in the summer to fund the centre.

Speaking to reporters about the Crossroads Centre, Clapton said:
"My philosophy from day one was that if we can get one person sober, then we have succeeded. We've done a bit more than that and hopefully we can carry on in the same way."
