Ozzy Osbourne has said that he stopped breathing twice after his quad-bike accident in December.

In an interview with the Sunday Mirror, the 55-year-old said he was saved by his bodyguard who gave him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

Osbourne suffered eight broken ribs, a punctured lung, a smashed collarbone, a crushed vertebra in his neck and was in a coma for eight days.

He admitted he was not wearing a crash helmet at the time of the accident and has said he will never ride a quad-bike again.
