Colin Farrell will attend a gala screening of his latest film 'The Recruit' as part of the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival on Sunday.

The screening will take place at Screen Cinema, D'Olier Street, Dublin on Sunday 9 March at 6pm.

Farrell will be accompanied by family and friends. Other celebrity guests will include actors Patrick Bergin and Oscar nominee Brenda Fricker, members of rock band U2, The Corrs, singer Joe Dolan and the designer John Rocha.

CIA thriller, 'The Recruit' stars Farrell and Al Pacino. It opened at number one on the US box office chart and is set for nationwide release in Ireland on 28 March.

The Dublin International Film Festival (DIFF) will screen 66 films from 30 countries from 6 to 13 March at the Screen Cinema, The Savoy Cinema and the Irish Film Centre.
