Fans dressed as wizards and witches turned out for the world première of 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' in London this weekend.
Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe, were greeted by cheering fans who had queued for hours in Leicester Square.
Rupert Grint (Harry's friend Ron Weasley), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) and Tom Felton (Harry's adversary Draco Malfoy), were also cheered by the crowd.
Other actors in attendance included Kenneth Branagh, who joined the cast for the second film, Robbie Coltrane, Alan Rickman, Julie Walters, Miriam Margolyes and Maggie Smith.
Radcliffe paid tribute to the late Irish actor Richard Harris, who played Professor Albus Dumbledore, saying, ''He would have liked to have been here tonight."
Harris' granddaughter Ella also attended the première.
'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' is released in Ireland on 15 November.
