'Y Tu Mama Tambien' director Alfonso Cuaron is in talks with the producers of the third Harry Potter film, according to reports.

Cuaron has been sent a copy of the script for 'Harry Potter and The Prisoner Of Azkaban' and is considering directing the film.

Chris Columbus, the man behind the first Harry Potter box-office hit - 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' - has told Warner Brothers he will complete the second film but does not want to direct any further Potter films.

The second film in the series, 'Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets', is due for release in Ireland in November 2002.
