British band Suede will appear as special guests at the Hot Press Irish Music Awards in Belfast later this month.

The band will unveil their new line-up at the event, with Alex Lee replacing Neil Codling who has left the band due to illness.

Suede’s appearance in Belfast will be their first live performance in two years and comes on the eve of the release of their as-yet-untitled new album.

The Hot Press Irish Music Awards will take place in the BBC’s Blackstaff Studios on April 25.
