The author JK Rowling has said that the final chapter of the last Harry Potter book is complete.

In an interview to be broadcast on BBC One on Friday, Rowling said that the final book focuses on "what happens to everyone after they leave school, those who survive - because there are deaths, more deaths coming."

The film adaptation of Rowling’s first Potter book is still filling cinemas around the world, with fans eager for the second film, due for release in December 2002.
