Worst festival toilet experience?
Witness last year. Very long queue. Dying to go. Beck was going on in a minute. It wasn't actually that bad - I gave up queuing, went elsewhere and got to see Beck.

Funniest Festival Story?
Well it's more personal funny than festival funny in a kind of a had-to-be-there kind of a way...but I'll tell you anyway. In crazy Bari, South Italy I was playing with Harold Budd and Hector Zazou (in way over my head) at a very interesting festival. Playing guitar effects, little bells and chimes, whispers and things. We hadn't rehearsed much and I was relying heavily on my notes, stressed and nervous because it was been televised. I was in a bit of a tizzy until a beautiful permanently stoned young Italian gentleman kindly offered to bring me on his motorbike (to the hotel about half an hours drive) (Italian driving) across town. It took 10 minutes. Beeping horns, the world swizzing by in a red-lights-don't-mean-anything way, hysterically laughing the whole way. So I guess it was my funniest festival experience. See, I told you it was in a personal, kind of had-to-be-there kind of a way. You did ask…

Who are you looking forward to seeing at Witnness?
All of those bands in my dream line-up above...and hoping to stumble upon music that will blow my mind.
