Albanian unrest: Situation in the Balkans deteriorates

It is reported that the situation in Albania amounts to anarchy, and that a group of armed Albanians made a hostile incursion into Serbian territory in the neighbourhood of Dibra. Serbian sources report that the incursion was repelled and that measures will be taken to ensure that any future Albanian actions will be defeated. It is also reported by Serbian sources that they are witnessing a large build up of Bulgarian troops on their borders, and they fear that another large scale action may be imminent.
