Window cleaner dies after being impaled on railings

A window cleaner, Brendan Cummins, has died in Dublin after being impaled on railings. Mr. Cummins was cleaning a window in a house at 141 Upper Dorset Street in Dublin when he fell. Mr. Cummins who was 24 and lived with his mother on Dominick Street, had stepped outside onto a window ledge but his foot slipped and he fell onto the railings.
