CPSU to join national strike
Friday, 20 November 2009 16:04The CPSU has announced it is to join the national strike next Tuesday.
Over 13,000 clerical officers, staff officers and departmental grades, members of the country's largest civil service trade union will take part in the 24-hour National Public Sector stoppage across the country.
The action will generally commence at 8am and run until 7pm but starting and finishing times for the pickets may vary depending on location and the offices involved.

CPSU members in all Government Departments and related Agencies such as Social Welfare, Revenue, Agriculture, Transport, Enterprise Trade & Employment Justice, Courts, Garda Stations, Foreign Affairs, Passport Offices etc will take part.
