Veeda Laboratories is a specialist provider of biomarker laboratory services to global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Biomarkers are biochemical features that can be used to measure the progress of disease or the effects of treatment.
Icon president Thomas Frey said biomarkers of disease were assuming an ever-increasing role in the discovery and development of drugs.
Icon currently has more than 7,000 employees.
