Athlone-based BioClin Research Laboratories has been bought by British company Intertek Group for an undisclosed sum
The company employs 20 people. It supplies contract bio-analysis and analytical research and development.
Intertek says the deal advances its strategic growth in expert support services to the global pharmaceutical, medical device and drug delivery industry.
