Both Bank of Ireland and the ICS Building Society have announced increases in their variable mortgage rates.
The rises come on the back of the ECB's decision to raise interest rates by a quarter of a percentage point last week.
Their variable rates go up from 5.09% to 5.34% from tomorrow.
Bank of Ireland has also increased its other loan and deposit rates in line with the ECB rise.
