US firm Paragon Global Resources is to create up to 100 new jobs over five years in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin.
The company is to locate its international headquarters in Dublin in a €3.7m investment backed by IDA Ireland.
Paragon specialises in providing services which help other companies to relocate staff, including property, logistics and immigration management.
Enterprise, Trade & Employment Minister Micheál Martin said three-quarters of the jobs would be for third-level graduates with a financial background or a foreign language.
Paragon CEO Joseph Morabito said Ireland offered excellent access to continental Europe and a well-educated and flexible workforce.
