wonderful, I had tears in my eyes listening to such beautiful singing…a class of its own. I think better than Sara Brightman butchering the song in any case.
Vanessa and Dan s performance was truly amazing. They both deserve to go through and it is a shame that Dan is out. I would go see them performing in concert. Someone in the business should sign them immediately.

Why did they knock out Dan> – Simon Cowell used to overrule this on the X Factor, when you see talent why not keep it in anyway? These pair were amazing. The organisers should have another think about this and reinstate him.

please keep these 2 together, they were the best ever,the hairs on the back of my neck stood up,i was blown away. Sharon, you made a huge error of judgement pitching these 2 together. Neither of them deserves to lose.

Those criticising Sharon putting these together are overlooking the fact that pairing them with other artists would have meant (1) forcing them to perform in genres NOT optimal to them (2) formed a mismatched duo compromising the chances of 2 other team members. A case in point was Brian's classically trained singer Lata who had no other comparable team-mate & was forced to perform in a totally unsuitable number. True, IF there were a "Viewers Choice"/Second Chance draw, Dan would almost certainly be back although I feel Vanessa was the right choice as I feel she can cross-over into more popular music (musical theatre) easier than DAN.
