At the moment Pat is doing a Youth Work course in Carlow and teaches drums and guitar part time. He gets his love for music from his dad who for as long as he can remember has pushed him to play and get involved in music projects. He grew up listening to The Beatles, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Fleetwood Mac and Elvis Presley. At the age of 8 he joined a marching band and took up drums. When he was 14 his parents bought him a guitar and he taught himself to play. For the last 5 years he has been making a living from singing in pubs around the country. He says it's his passion and what he sees himself doing for the rest of his life.
